Real Estate Agents Should Work Virtually
As is often stated, technology will not replace real estate agents, but an agent with technology will replace agents who don’t partake.
I thought the fact that many real estate agents across the country were forced to work virtually (during the pandemic) to stay in business, would remain the norm.
As a real estate safety expert, I appreciated that (first) meetings, showings, open houses, and tours were virtual. All are safer (not meeting strangers in person, assessing temperament and motivation of new clients, and increasing witness potential).
Virtual showings and property previews allow agents to be more productive (able to show more properties and get more eyes on listings.)
However, many agents put virtual work on the back burner when the country opened back up. I believe that's going backwards. Agents who continue working virtually and utilizing technology are the future... Don't miss out!
I love technology for the real estate industry. Check out my article listing my top picks for safety and security technology! I focus on keeping agents safe and protecting consumers.

I was selected to speak about technology in 2022 at the #NARNXT, National Association of REALTORS(R) annual conference in Orlando, FL.
